This culinary shrine is tucked just up the stairs from the famous cathedral of Sibenik. A major renovation of this 7 centuries old palace turned it into a tastefully decorated restaurant that spreads not only in the interior but also to a lovely medieval cistern serving now as a unique terrace.
But all that is not as interesting as the food served there! Under the strict eye of chef Rudy, the traditional ingredients of this region are masterfully transformed into a modern, sophisticated plates catering even to the most demanding. Everything from the Teriaki octopus, orange and roquette tosta to the Olive oil ice cream, the Pelegrini restaurant does not stop surprising all the senses!
The wine list is quite interesting as well bringing both the selection of the best local and international award-winning wines that established this place as a must for all wine lovers or simply a great stop for a glass of wine in the evening...
